RBI Assistant 2021 Exam will be conducted in three phases:
RBI Assistant 2021 has a specific syllabus for all the sections asked in both preliminary examination and mains examination. The major sections covered are:
These above mentioned three sections are the common sections asked in both preliminary exam and mains exam. An additional section of General Awareness and Computer Knowledge is asked in Mains Exam apart from the above mentioned three sections. Sectional cut-off as well the overall cut-off for each phase of examination must be cleared by a candidate in order to get selected for further rounds of RBI Assistant 2021 Exam.
The syllabus of Officer Scale-I (PO) is almost similar to that of IBPS RRB Assistant (Clerk) exam for both Prelims & Mains. The IBPS RRB syllabus differs a little bit for Officers Scale II & III as compare to other exams.

0.25 marks will be deducted for every answer attempted wrong by a candidate. No deduction will be made for the question left blank or unattempted by a candidate.
The candidates provisionally shortlisted from the main on-line examination will have to undergo a language proficiency test (LPT). The language proficiency test will be conducted in the Official / Local Language of the State concerned as detailed below. Candidate who are not proficient in the official/ Local Language will be disqualified.

Only such number of candidates will be called for Language Proficiency Test who stand sufficiently high in merit based on the aggregate marks of the main on-line examination, Such merit will be decided by the Bank in relation to the number of notified vacancies to be filled in.
Like all Bank Exams, RBI Assistant Exam Syllabus revolves around the basic tricks and techniques that a student learned in English, Maths and Reasoning during his/her school days. Apart from that a candidate must have basic knowledge of General Awareness and Computer Application terms to excel in RBI Assistant Exam.
