SBI PO syllabus is much similar to that of any other bank exam. There are three major sections that a candidate needs to prepare to ace the preliminary exam. These are Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude and English Language. The sections have a wide range of topics on which questions are based. It is recommended that candidates must have a look at the previous year papers and know about the weightage of each topic.
Mains exam has a total marks of 300. The mains (Phase-II) examination is consist of 2 papers (Paper-I +Paper-II +Paper-III). Candidates are required to appear for all shifts. Separate Admission Letters will be issued for each shift. A total of 100 questions are asked in each section with 200 questions asked in the English Language Section. A time limit of 1 hour is provided to the candidate to complete each section of RBI Grade B Phase-II Exam. The total time to complete Phase-II exam is 3 hours.
